What is Emotive Fitness?

Great question! Let’s start be defining something more familiar…

Physical Fitness (noun)

: good health and strength achieved through exercise

The general fitness program promotes healthy eating with physical fitness of the body.

Now, let’s see how Emotive Fitness is similar…

Emotive Fitness (noun)

: good emotional health that creates the ability to experience emotions as they arise but not to be overwhelmed by them. 

The general Emotive Fitness program combines emotional exercises, body movement and specialized programs to experience, process and strengthen  your emotional fitness.

So, do you know your emotional fitness level?

There are Three pillars of Fitness 

The first pillar of fitness is the one people traditionally focus on, their physical fitness. Physical fitness primarily focuses on physical exercise and nutrition.

The second pillar of fitness is mental fitness. People may choose to improve this in many ways: education, mindset training, meditation or coaching.

But, it is the third pillar of fitness that most people overlook – emotional fitness. The reason for this is not many people realize (or where ever told) that their health can be improved through emotional training and should be included in a complete health care routine. 

Crazy right?? Most people just move through their day not even knowing that they have the power to create better moods and not be subjected to the whims of their emotions!

This is why I started Emotive Fitness! 

To provide you with information, specific exercises and programs to improve your emotional health and strengthen your Emotional Fitness.

The Emotive Fitness method combines specialized movement patterns with emotional self care tools. The goal of our exercises, programs and classes is to improve your happiness, increase your confidence and help you create a more resilient emotional life.
